I must say, this hotel exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff who made me feel welcome. The cleanliness of this place is impressive, from the spotless rooms to the well-maintained hotel facilities. The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk away from the city center and easily accessible by public transportation. The panoramic elevators offer breathtaking views of the city, adding to the overall experience. The shower products provided in the room were of great quality, adding a luxurious touch to my stay.

The hotel's location was perfect for our friends reunion, as it was conveniently situated near the harbor tours and the boat bus to the central railway station. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of options to suit all preferences.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the communication was clear. The hotel had a luxurious feel, and the room was tidy with a well-stocked minibar. The spa facilities, including the pool, were great and had broad opening times. The breakfast buffet was top-notch, offering a wide variety of options. The location of the hotel was perfect, near the main sights and directly in the city center. The valet parking service was convenient, only slightly more expensive than parking in a nearby garage.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The view from our room was superb, overlooking the port and two waterways. The location near the Erasmus Bridge was very unique, providing a privileged view of the city port and boat exhibits of the Maritime Museum. The hotel was conveniently located on the direct tram line from the central station, making transportation easy. The room was spacious with good facilities, including a sauna and jacuzzi bath. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel overall was impeccable. The reception staff, particularly Eva, were young, friendly, and always responsive to our needs. The breakfast offered a wide selection of food and drinks, and we enjoyed eating outside on the terrace with a view of the Erasmus Bridge. WiFi was flawless throughout our stay.
Nothing; it was perfect.
I had the pleasure of staying in a waterfront spa room, and it was simply incredible. The private jetted tub overlooking the canal was pure bliss, and the added bonus of a private sauna in the bathroom made it even more indulgent. The view from the room was breathtaking, with sailboats gliding along the water. At night, when the waterfront was all lit up, it became truly magical.

The unique location in a shopping area gives quick access to the Modern Erasmus Suspension Bridge. Guests can get to the 185m-high Euromast in 20 minutes on foot.

Within 5 minutes' drive of Urban bike trail is a perk for guests staying at the hotel.
